Well, I did it. I joined WW today. (If you notice the ticker, it's changed! Their scale said I weighed more, so I decided to go by that. I hate the scale we have!) Of course, that means I have more to lose, but what the heck.
On the up side, I've drunk SO MUCH water today it isn't even funny! If nothing else, that's a great habit to have since the kidney stone episode.

Woo hoo! I think we should track the water that we drink and see how many pools we can fill by December. Why don't you get on that one and tell me where I can find it. (ducking)
Good for you, woman. I need to follow in your footsteps. I did manage to drink a lot of water the last few days (though I really only drink water anyway... just more these days) and watched what I ate today. My goal is to make sure that I eat within an hour of getting up. Drink lots of water. Watch the snacks. After I master these this week I'll add in something else next week. Babysteps!

And it's all babysteps! I'm just glad I "did something" instead of talked about doing something!
LOL - I like Stephanie's idea of tracking the water....I've spent so much time in the bathroom this week that I'm thinking redocrating is in order....
