OK, another weigh-in day and I lost a pound. That puts me at just over the 10 pound mark, which is really cool. Now, with WW, though, I have only lost 7.6, because I lost 3 before joining (which is reflected on the blog, but not at WW).
Jen - I'd love to hear what you think of WW. I've been thinking I have no TIME for WW...and now I'm getting fairly close to my goal, but I'm also thinking I obviously have no clue how much a person is supposed to be eating after my experiences with the dietitian the last few weeks. LOL
I was looking at LA WEight Loss center but a friend of mine had 35 lbs to loose and they charged her $700...and they really ride you about it....tell you what to eat, when, strongly encourage a LOT of supplements and such that they sell, want you to come in 3 - 5 times a week...
But what do you think of WW meetings? Do they become "I'm good"/"I'm bad" sessions based on the scale? Do they get boring? Well I guess you've not done this long....hmmmm...maybe I should open that can of worms on my blog some day. LOL
