I went out in public today. Felt good enough to do that, even! The antibiotics are really working -- thank goodness! My right eye is now just mildly annoying, where before it was painful to look at anything. My ear is still a little plugged, but it's not painful, either.

Then, to make my day even better, I tried on a pair of pants I purchased last year (on clearance) that were the wrong size. They fit!!!

Now that makes for a good day!
