I had a gain last week too. ...I feel your pain hon. I had a gain last week too. I've been snacking WAY too much - or rather I've been snacking on the wrong things way too much. That's more accurate! I'm making a jump to core because it really is closer to how I ate originally, only now that I did flex for 10 weeks I've got a better handle on portion control and choices. Whatever it takes to get focused, you'll find it. And you've been doing so great, so one week isn't a biggie either!! If I ever get down my neighbor averages out my weight loss.
